Rita is a vibrant committed Yoga teacher.
Rita has completed her 2 Year Teacher Training with renowned yogi Kale Leaf and Kate Nelson at Fremantle Yoga Centre, and is an accredited teacher with Yoga Australia.
Rita also studied Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore in India , Yin Yoga, specialising in Pregnancy Yoga & Light meditation in Ukraine .
Today Rita mainly teaches Remedial Yoga for injury management and healthy living.
