Rita is a vibrant committed Yoga teacher.
Rita has completed her 2 Year Teacher Training with renowned yogi Kale Leaf and Kate Nelson at Fremantle Yoga Centre, and is an accredited teacher with Yoga Australia.
Rita also studied Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore in India , Yin Yoga, specialising in Pregnancy Yoga & Light meditation in Ukraine .
Today Rita mainly teaches Remedial Yoga for injury management and healthy living.

βBecause of Kim and Rita at SBYC I no longer have to go to the chiropractor twice a week in order to function. I have learnt so much about what my body needs and how to deliver it through my yoga practice. They are so generous with their knowledge and expertise and have classes on offer 7 days a week. I attend as often as I can and when practicing in person isnβt possible (like when we have covid lockdowns for example) they have a fabulous members online class library that can be utilised anytime.
