Head to the Timetable page

Choose and Click on the Class you wish to attend
STEP 5:
Click on Orange button top left BOOK CLASS WITH SPECIAL CODE
ENTER YOUR CODE
STEP 6:
Choose a Date —> Follow the Prompts —-> You will Receive Confirmation email
OR
Book from your email confirmation
Please Reschedule your class if Unable to attend. If you Do not Show for your booked class - you will be charged for it.
How to Reschedule ?
After scheduling your class, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have never done any yoga before we recommend you take Rita’s ongoing Beginners Course or classes
This is the best way to start.
You can also book a one on one session to get personal guidance from one of our experienced teachers.
BOOKINGS
We do appreciate you booking a place for each class online.
Please come 5 minutes early so that we can take your details and talk about any concerns.
Booking your classes for the week is also a great way to schedule and help ensure you prioritise your yoga practice!

Bring your own mat and towel.
We stock a range of eco-friendly, sustainably sourced Yoga Mats and all Yoga Gear to buy in the studio for your home practice.
WHAT TO WEAR
Yoga is practiced in bare feet ( please make sure your feet are clean) and shoes are placed at studio on the shoe racks.
Wear light clothing that you’ll be comfortable moving
EATING BEFORE CLASS
It is recommended no eating 2 hours prior to class, having a light snack before class can work well, like nuts or a small piece of fruit.
Yoga is not about being flexible. This ancient practice is an internal journey.
If you are low on energy, take it easy. Give yourself time to feel the benefits of yoga. Live Happier and Stronger!
